Four Months and Twenty Eight Months! February 27, 2011
Life around here definitely keeps us on our toes. Here is a whole collection of pictures we took the other night. It was quite a process. We are loving life with two, but definitely having our share of yawning 
Charlie was 18 lb. and 14 oz. and 26 1/4 in. with a 44 cm head at his four month check-up. In other words off the charts .

First Day of School January 6, 2011
Izzy had her first day of preschool this week and of course that meant lots of pictures and a few tears for Mommy.

Seven Weeks and a trip to the doctor December 16, 2010
We missed six weeks altogether. Sorry about that. There is never a dull moment. As we get ready for the holidays we took Charlie in for his two month appointment a bit early (two months would be Christmas Day). He has grown like a weed. He is already 14 lb. and 2 oz. He is also over 23 inches long. All of this means he is over the 90th percentile in all categories and wearing 6 month clothing. Like I said growing like a weed. Izzy is also growing and she is a great big sister. She loves to help and kiss her brother. Happy Holidays to all!

A new car, Santa and Five Weeks December 5, 2010
We have had a busy week around here. Charlie was less than thrilled with my taking his picture, but he put up with it. We got a new car on Tuesday. We needed to have enough room to have all five of us (the dog too) in the car along with belongings. We are thrilled with it and still figuring out all that it can do. We also had a special treat today. We went to see Santa at a yummy brunch. For those of you who don’t know, Izzy has had her Santa issues. She screamed last year and was showing signs of it this year, but she rallied and decided that he was pretty great after he presented her with a candy cane. “I love Santa!” was heard from the backseat on the way home !

Bedtime Stories November 29, 2010
Charlie definitely doesn’t have as many books read to just him as Izzy did, but he enjoys storytime at night as well. Here they are cuddled up in Izzy’s bed listening.

Thank you, Four Weeks, Thanksgiving and One Month! November 27, 2010
We really loved having Grandma and Granddad here helping out for two weeks. When they went home for Thanksgiving in Atlanta we had our first two days with Scott at work while I was home with both kids…You will note there are no pictures from those days. Who has time? Then Granny and Happy came for Thanksgiving. We enjoyed a quiet Turkey Day with lots of good food and football. We are appreciative of all of the help! Charlie also hit the one month mark and so had his first penguin picture taken.
